State Farm customers can earn a $500 bonus by opening a new U.S. Bank Smartly Checking account by June 30, 2026 through a State Farm agent or the dedicated offer page, enrolling in online banking or the mobile app within 90 days, making at least two direct deposits totaling $5,000 or more within 90 days, and completing at least two debit card purchases within 90 days. Applicants must not currently have a U.S. Bank consumer checking account, have had one in the past 12 months, or have received another U.S. Bank consumer checking bonus in the past 12 months.
